Our Story

We are three friends, great wine lovers, to the intense professional activity that gave life one day to our dream: to produce quality wines, dictated by the respect of a land rich of a history, singular in their personality and plurals by the horizons they allow to open.

After much research, we discovered at the far north of the young appellation of Terrasses du Larzac, a property that will bring together everything we dreamed of: four distinct terroirs, a rich palette of grape varieties, which face every year a nice thermal amplitude favoring an aromatic complexity and a freshness of atypical wine in this land of Oc.

A site where the vine is present of memory of man but which is forgotten in the impersonality of the cooperative and that it is a matter of magnifying. 16 hectares virgin of any building where we will be able to print our imprint by creating a cellar in our image, professional and cordial. A domain around a church, which dominates the vines and whose sight strays on the borders of the Cevennes and the Pic Saint Loup ..

Reflected assemblies for cuvées where the amateur will be able to find over the years of the identities well marked. And the freedom to create limited edition cuvées inspired by the spirit of places and time.

We were inspired by this terroir in contrast to baptize our cuvées: Terreastrale, Clairobscur, Empreintecéleste, Nuitblanche, Raisonfolle and Rêve éveillé

To accompany us in this adventure, we gathered around us the know-how and passion of a man from there, Florian, commitment and listening to a team of experienced oenologists.

With them, we give ourselves the time of the requirement

to offer elegant wines: 3 red, 2 white and 1 rosé.

In the fall of 2018, we started an incredible experience by integrating a jar from Georgia, a Qvevri, into our cellar. We wanted to test this millennial method of vinification on our grapes without sulfite and any chemical product. After many adventures, and a year of patience and delicate handling, we obtained a magnificent and original wine : Modoki (in Japanese it means "similar but different").
