Our Wines

The different grape varieties (Syrah, White Grenache, Black Grenache, Merlot, Roussanne, Cinsault, Viognier) are vinified separately: parcel vinification that allows us to optimize the quality of our blends. The harvest is brought from the top of the cellar and descends gravity directly into the vats. Vinification is carried out in 40 to 70hl stainless steel vats and in concrete vats with a vatting time ranging from 4 to 6 weeks. The wines are then aged in vats or oak barrels for 6 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
